Presentation
Our presence in TEL AVIV results from the need to bring the expertise of lawyers mastering in French law and Israeli law, but also and above all the approach of the Israeli market with all its particularities:
- to our French clients who wish to become established in Israel, to conclude or develop partnerships or who meet legal issues in Israel,

Our office in TEL AVIV is composed of trilingual French and Israeli partners (French, english, hebrew):
- Dan HASSON is Israeli and is a member of the Israel Bar Association since 1973;
He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Jerusalem and holds an LL.M from the London School of Economics and Political Science;
Dan HASSON has experience and expertise in particular commercial law, corporate law, partnerships, complex transactions in real estate and various types of businesses, representation of foreign investors and various international companies. - Véronique MENASCE-CHICHE is French and is a member of the French Bar Association since 1992, and since 2017, is a member of the Israel Bar Association, as a foreign lawyer;
She graduated from the University of Paris II (Panthéon-Assas) and holds an LL.M in Private Law from the University of PARIS II (Panthéon-Assas) and has done an LL.M in English and American Business Law from the University of PARIS I (Panthéon-Sorbonne).
She also holds a postgraduate degree from ISG Business School in Paris.
She possesses specialist expertise in business law (corporate, commercial and real estate), acquired over more than 25 years of training, experience and a strong knowledge of the business world.
She also supports the firm’s clients in their overseas operations in France and in Israël.
Known for her skills and forcefulness, she works in both French and English and brings her cross-disciplinary skills in business law and her knowledge of the Israeli market, offering her clients the best possible service.
